Offerings

Foundational Nutrition and Lifestyle Support

This offering focuses on the basics that create real, lasting change: nourishment, hydration, movement, sleep, and daily rhythms. We look at how your current lifestyle is supporting (or draining) your energy, metabolism, and nervous system, and make practical adjustments that feel sustainable—not overwhelming. This is about building a strong foundation so your body can do what it’s designed to do.

Digestive & GI Health Support

Digestion is at the center of whole-body health. Using functional testing such as the GI-MAP and MRT food sensitivity testing, we assess gut bacteria balance, inflammation, immune activity, and food reactions that may be contributing to symptoms. From there, we create a personalized plan to support digestion, reduce irritation, and help your gut become a place of resilience rather than stress.

Comprehensive Blood Panel Review

This offering takes a deep look at overall health through comprehensive blood work. We review patterns related to blood sugar regulation, cholesterol and lipid balance, thyroid function, liver health, inflammation, nutrient status, and cardiovascular risk—rather than focusing on isolated numbers. The goal is to understand how your systems are working together and identify areas that need support before imbalance becomes burnout or disease.
